While educational institutions have equipped students with technical knowledge, we emphasize that fundamental life skills—such as empathy, communication, ethics, initiative, and a positive disposition—are crucial for success. We commit to developing individuals who embody these qualities, ensuring they stand out in the hiring process and contribute positively to society."

Shanithia Jhons: 

Empowering Excellence Through Education and Etiquette

Shanithia Jhons is a passionate educator, motivational speaker, Life Coach and Certified Etiquette Consultant who has dedicated her life to empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to elevate their confidence and embrace their best selves. 

With a unique approach that combines entertainment and education, Shanithia’s work emphasizes the importance of not only external refinement but also internal values such as morals, ethics, and standards.

In 2006, Shanithia’s commitment to community service led her to establish D.O.Z.P.C., a nonprofit organization devoted to mentoring battered women and children. This initiative was the catalyst for her founding the 3Phases School of Manners, Etiquette & Protocol (formerly 3Phases 2A Lady Etiquette School). 

Recognizing the critical need for ethics and etiquette education, she expanded her reach by creating innovative programs and curriculums for schools, businesses, and licensed instructors nationwide. 

In 2017, she furthered her mission by launching “A Room For My Ladies,” a housing program providing safe shelter for single women, mothers, and veterans in need.

Despite being a self-taught etiquette instructor, Shanithia’s expertise and unwavering dedication have earned her numerous accolades, certifications, and national recognition. 

Her work has been featured on platforms such as BET and WGPR’s “It’s All About Us” Family Radio Show. 

In 2023, she was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, and the Presidential Pin from President Joseph Biden, recognizing her outstanding contributions to her community and beyond.

As an author, Shanithia inspires personal growth and transformation through her book, “Girl Get Your Life.” She also empowers audiences through dynamic seminars, workshops, and afterschool programs that challenge participants to embrace a new standard of etiquette and leadership. Whether teaching workplace etiquette for professionals or mentoring children in Michigan schools, Shanithia’s message is clear: success begins with the integration of etiquette and self-respect into every aspect of life.
