3Phases Etiquette Academy is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping individuals—from children to CEOs—with essential etiquette skills that foster confidence and create lasting positive impressions. Our comprehensive etiquette curriculum provides a competitive edge, enabling participants to navigate social and professional environments with strength and self-assurance.
Our programs blend engaging lectures, interactive activities, and practical exercises, ensuring that learning etiquette is both educational and enjoyable. We teach children vital lessons in manners and social graces, rooted in the timeless fundamentals of courtesy that have shaped our society.

We are experiencing an era where rudeness has become the norm, with disrespectful language and behavior permeating our schools and neighborhoods.
Integrity and social courtesy appear to be fading, replaced by a culture that often prioritizes immodest behavior and character attacks.
To restore ethical standards and foster a positive future, we must focus on the next generation. Good manners and exemplary leadership are essential ingredients for success. Effective leaders understand that courtesy is vital for building strong workplace relationships, enhancing team performance, and providing excellent customer service.
While educational institutions and vocational programs have made great strides in equipping students with the technical knowledge needed for today’s workforce, degrees and certificates alone do not guarantee success. It is the fundamental life skills—such as empathy, communication, ethics, initiative, and positive disposition—that truly make a difference. Ultimately, employers seek individuals, not just qualifications, and it is these qualities that set candidates apart in the hiring process.
Shanithia Jhons is a dynamic educator who blends entertainment with education, empowering individuals, corporations, and organizations to elevate their confidence and become the best versions of themselves.

As a Certified Etiquette Consultant, she inspires audiences worldwide through engaging seminars and innovative classes that emphasize not only external manners but also internal qualities such as strong morals, values, standards, and ethics.
In 2006, Shanithia founded D.O.Z.P.C., a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring battered women and children. This venture ignited her passion for community service, leading her to establish the 3Phases School of Manners, Etiquette & Protocol (formerly known as 3Phases 2A Lady Etiquette School). Recognizing a profound need for ethics and etiquette in her community, she has since expanded her efforts. In 2017, she launched "A Room For My Ladies," a housing program that provides safe and secure shelter for single women, mothers with children, and veterans in need.
Despite being a self-taught etiquette instructor, Shanithia has earned numerous certifications, accolades, and awards for her outstanding contributions across the United States. Her extensive corporate and community experience reinforces her belief that proper manners and social courtesies are vital for success in today’s world. She has developed a variety of high-quality curriculums, which are taught to both students at 3Phases and licensed instructors who deliver her programs.
Shanithia's rapid progress and commitment to her community have not gone unnoticed; she has received recognition from various community leaders for her exceptional leadership skills. Her work has been featured on numerous media outlets, including BET and WGPR’s “It’s All About Us” Family Radio Show.
In 2023, Shanithia was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, and the Presidential Pin from President Joseph Biden.
Today, Shanithia continues her mission to inspire adults, teens, and children to enhance their lives through the integration of etiquette. She conducts workshops on workplace etiquette for adults and leads afterschool programs in schools throughout Michigan. Her seminars challenge participants to embrace a new standard of etiquette by embodying their best selves. In her book, “Girl Get Your Life,” she encourages readers to look inward for growth and change, empowering them to take charge of their own lives.
