3Phases "A Room For My Ladies" Housing Program is a organization dedicated to improving the health, educational attainment, human welfare, and opportunities for youth, adults, veterans and communities. 


OVERALL OBJECTIVES 


To provide housing for single ladies, mothers with children and veterans women in need of a safe and secure place to call home.


HOUSING PROGRAM OVERALL GOALS

 

Provide educational, recreational, cultural, health and lifelong learning opportunities for the community. 

· To transform the whole person, from childhood to adulthood. 

· To ensure that everyone that is accepted into our program exhibits the desire and academic capability to succeed. 


EVALUATION AND PROJECTIONS


Participants will attend the program for six months. They will receive the guidance needed to help them become productive citizen by teaching personal and professional ethics and conduct. 


Whether they have served this great nation or have simply given birth to our next great leader, this program will focus on helping each individual/family get their life back on track. 


With the help of their personal counselor trained in areas such as: etiquette, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, finances, education and parenting participants will become more aware of living a more cultural, social and healthier lifestyle.  


HOUSING OUTLINE


Homeless women, regardless of ethnic identity, have commonly experienced trauma related to men, including rape and intimate personal violence. 


3Phases understands that many Veteran women are faced with many obstacles such as: civilian living, motherhood, wife expectations, and even military trauma which seemingly put them at risk for homelessness. The women will be required to participate in case management, support groups, therapy, job training etc. 


The Housing program was developed to provide housing for single ladies, mothers with children and veteran women in need of a safe and secure place to call home.
